Meet Dr. naomi
LAc, DACCHM
My experience with East Asian Medicine (EAM) began over ten years ago as a patient. After a long and winding health journey, I was blessed to connect with an EAM practitioner who took me seriously, validated my experience, and set me on the course of true embodied healing.
Now, I feel honored hold space in this way for my patients.
I see you and am committed to supporting you on your journey!
I am a nationally board-certified Diplomate of Chinese Medicine and Herbology (NCCAOM), and licensed in the state of New York. In my studies, I completed master’s and doctoral degrees at Pacific College of Health & Science in New York and San Diego. I also trained at Columbia University, OnPoint, the Veteran’s Administration, the Yinova Center, and KAMWO Meridian Herbs. I provide free treatments and holistic healthcare weekly for participants at OnPoint and Safe Horizon.
Outside of this amazing work, I enjoy being active outdoors, especially surfing, exploring nature and neighborhoods, and adventures with my dog, Gino. I am also a USA Swimming Coach with the 92NY Flying Dolphins, and a meditation teacher. My first career was in international development and human rights, notably reproductive justice and Indigenous women’s rights. I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where I studied Political Science and Arabic.
